Petals-N-Belles believes that each young woman coming into the organization comes with her own gifts and personal greatness. It is our mission and purpose to unlock these gifts and insure that our young ladies leave our program with a better understanding of who they are and the individual gifts, talents and power which give them the ability to be great. Our network of dedicated mentors who volunteer their time as Locket facilitators are there for known as KEYS.

With a passion to teach and inspire the youth, Siddion Syncon is a “Key” component to the Petals-N-Belles team. Her educational background in Broadcast Journalism and Public Relations lends itself to Petals-N-Belles members interested in pursuing this field.

Personal PNB Vision:
My personal PNB vision is to inspire, empower and cultivate young women by providing them with a mentoring experience that includes support, guidance, and love. I hope to also enhance the overall personal growth and development of the young women I mentor by spending quality time with them. Message to Young Women:
Strive for greatness. Reach for the stars. No dream is impossible. When you feel a dream is too far out of reach, remain optimistic. Believe in yourself and stay committed to your goals. Whenever I’m feeling discouraged I always remember one thing: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” ~Philippians 4:13
Siddion’s Shero:
My Shero is my mother. She taught me positive life skills that have made me who I am today. She instilled in me the importance of education and to be successful in everything I do. She was my biggest fan and always demonstrated unconditional love.
